The 1957 closed circuit transmission of the OAMC vs. University of Kansas basketball game was the first live television broadcast from campus.

While there doesn’t seem to be much documentation on the broadcast itself, the game featured KU’s Wilt the “Stilt” Chamberlain (photo). The OAMC Aggies fought back after being down at halftime to pull off a stunning last minute victory!
