Located next to Bennett Hall on the northeast corner of campus, Allie P. Reynolds Stadium was officially dedicated in 1982, seats more than 3,000 and is fully lighted.

Its namesake, Allie Reynolds, was a standout collegiate pitcher at Oklahoma A&M College, and later became the first American League pitcher to throw two no-hitters in one season.

Reynolds, shown preparing to speak at graduation, (see additional photo), was the recipient of the Henry G. Bennett Distinguished Service Award from OSU.  He died in December of 1994 in Oklahoma City.
