Students have a wealth of choices to meet their housing needs thanks to considerable construction work occurred in phases, starting in 2000. That year, the first of four phases started with apartments and suite-style accommodations.

Phase II, which was completed in the fall of 2001, included family housing, apartments and suites. Phase III student housing opened in fall of 2003. Phase IV, on-campus student housing, was completed and opened in 2006.
