1985 Robin Ventura named All-American

Robin Ventura was a baseball All-American in 1985 and again in '87 and '88 at OSU. He was named College Player of the Decade in 1990 by Baseball America.

Ventura also won a gold medal at the Seoul Olympics in 1988 for Team USA and went on to enjoy a 15-year career in Major League Baseball.

He is currently the manager for the Chicago White Sox.
