The Center for Veterinary Health Sciences celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2008. Activities included dedicating the Duane R. Peterson Anatomy Learning Center in recognition of Dr. Peterson's nearly 40 years of service and Gov. Brad Henry dedicating March 1-8, 2008 as Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences Week in honor of the 60th anniversary.
