The College of Home Economics was renamed the College of Human Environmental Sciences to better reflect its current programs and scientific roots. Students study biological, physical, social and behavioral sciences and go onto careers in government, business, law, medicine, education, counseling and other professional fields. The college is now merged with the College of Education as the College of Education and Human Sciences as of 2024.
