President W. Bush delivers commencement address

A crowd of nearly 25,000 listened to President George W. Bush deliver the commencement address to more than 2,600 members of the graduating class at Oklahoma State University on Saturday, May 6, 2006. Following Bush's address, he was presented with an honorary doctorate in agricultural economics. Bush was president from 2001-09. This marked the third time a sitting U.S. President has spoken at an OSU commencement: President Richard Nixon in May 1974; President George H.W. Bush in May 1990 and President George W. Bush in May 2006.
