The Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Tulsa officially became a branch of OSU on July 1, 1988.

OSU’s newest college seeks to strengthen heath care throughout the state and the region. Graduates have gone on to work at the Mayo Clinic, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and other notable facilities, but many remain right here in Oklahoma, dedicated to serve in rural areas.

The school is consistently ranked as one of the nation's top schools for primary care and has been named the most popular medical school in the country.
